UNDERSTANDING THE FEAR

The root cause of fear of flying varies from person to person. But in general the memory of the initial event that caused the emotions, (Which may have had nothing to do with flying) remains in their subconscious, and it continues to cause anxiety in the person until it is released.

It is a perception of danger that is not understood in the conscious mind, The person may say “I know I don’t need to feel this way” but it is no longer in the conscious memory. All the person feels is fear, dread and an overwhelming desire to get out of a situation or to avoid it all together.

Hypnotherapy will quickly and comfortably help to uncover and remove the root cause of the symptoms.

Hypno-analysis will involve the use of a procedure referred to as "regression". Put simply, regression is remembering the past events that are embedded in your subconscious mind. Sometimes an event or belief that was formed in your past and that has long been forgotten, can still have an impact on your present behaviour and beliefs, and by accessing that event and the trapped emotion or belief, the client and Hypnotherapist working together, can modify the perception of the event, and by doing so successfully release the negative effects on your present and future thoughts and behaviours.When these trapped emotions are released, the fear of flying is resolved and gone forever .The process of removing the trapped emotion through Hypnotherapy and hypnosis requires a course of about three sessions in which the link is made with the thoughts and memories and the trapped emotions.
