You made me realise that our minds are incredible things and cigarettes really dont stand a chance against such a powerful thing. My converyor belt is free of this task now and forever, thanks to your amazing insight and ability to explain it in such a clear way. One of the things I will remember from our short time together is that ,There really is nothing more powerful in the whole world than a made up mind.

I’m celebrating my 1^st anniversary this week. I never thought I’d get from 40+ a day to zero but it happened. I put on a little weight in the beginning but that’s under control now too.

I feel really good, a lot fitter and get to have an extra holiday on the money I have saved.

We had a really great time cruising in the eastern Caribbean and hope to do the western Caribbean next February.

I have survived through a legal separation and selling of family home

Its been a good few months since I saw you (late sept 08). I was just referring a friend to you and remembered you said to email after a few months. Well being a scientist i was very sceptical of the whole hypnotherapy process a the start, but I have to admit now I'm a believer!! I have since been travelling asia and australia with my best friend, a smoker, and never once had any problems/cravings. Im so happy now that im an ex-smoker and feel so much healthier.

Its been 8 weeks since by 2nd stop smoking session and I have never felt better. I've just returned from a month in spain and France ( where nearly every single person smokes) and not once did I feel like a cigarette. We were out in bars with friends were everyone was smoking around me and I felt no need to smoke. I can't describe the elation I feel at this. My main problem has always been smoking whilst drinking and now that I've conquered that I feel wonderful. I no longer look at anyone smoking and feel a tiny pang. I hardly even notice.

I just wanted to drop you a line to say a big thank you for helping finally kick the dreaded weed. I have just past my three month landmark, and I feel absolutely brilliant. After years of trying, with some successful attempts but then major relapses, I was desperately looking for a solution that would help me once and for all. When you came recommended by a friend, I had no hesitation in giving hypnosis a try. The will was there but the willpower was weak. It was one of the most beneficial 1.5 hours of my life to date. The results were instant, the thought of a cigarette never crossed my mind in the days afterwards, and it has been like this ever since. I thought socializing and having a few drinks might lower my inhibitions, but again the thought never entered my head. It’s been brilliant and I’ve so much more energy now. I am recommending this to anyone who is willing to give them up. If you want to do it, it will happen with your help.

Hello Sean,

 This coming Thursday I will have been off cigarettes for 2 months. It is weird saying that I am 'off' them because to be honest after my 2 hour session with you I genuinely felt like I was a non-smoker. I was able to go outside at breaktimes with my work colleagues straight away without feeling like I wanted one. I have just returned from a week-long holiday in Spain (everybody smokes there everywhere!!!!) and did not once feel that I would like a cigarette. To be honest, I would not even consider having a cigarette now because that little subconscious voice in my head tells me that I am a non-smoker and I believe it! This is in comparison to before your hypnosis when I had tried to quit I felt like I was constantly and consciously reminding myself that I didn't smoke anymore; not that I was a non-smoker. Thank you for this marvellous gift of improved health that you have given me. I wake up in the mornings now and despite coughing a bit after the session (recovering from the effects of having been a smoker) I breath freely now; it's hard to imagine back to those days when I was walking to work choking on my lungs and still puffing away. It seems like such madness to me now.

I thought i'd take this opportunity to drop you a quick note to say its been 6 weeks today since our session and I havent smoked. I am very pleased with myself. I thought Sean was great in the hypnotherapy, very informative and re assuring. I came out of the session completley relaxed and invigorated. I have been on holidays and to parties and I have never felt the need to smoke, or stock up on duty free cigarettes. In fact sometimes I feel like a bit of an anti smoker. It amazes me how people can smoke in the mornings!. Im sleeping better and drinking less too.

Thank you so much for your help and I would recommend hypnotherapy (and have been doing) to anyone who has any interest in giving up smoking, and to contact you without hesitation.
