Firstly, I want to say thank you. I know it's your job, but it's a pretty great job that can have such a positive impact on someone's life. As you know blushing was a massive issue for me for as long as I can remember and I'm still completely amazed that hypnotherapy can 'fix' it. At school, college and since I started my career I would have spent time every day worrying about getting embarrassed, to the extent that I'd put things off and avoid conversations with people. After my last session with you I was still expecting it to happen. At work I wasn't getting embarrassed but I'd get that anxious feeling I always got prior to getting embarrassed, but that's as far as it went. It was the fear of it happening, but after a week or so I realised I wasn't going to blush and then that horrible feeling disappeared also. Everyday things like discussions with the partners, colleagues and speaking within a group situation have become a novelty! It's absolutely brilliant.

Sean asked me to let him know how the speech went. Well, the wedding was on Friday. Was a little nervous on the day but the speech went really well. People were commenting on how eloquent the speech was! I could not believe it. Also, during the speech, I was very relaxed. I got compliments for the rest of the day on it - to such an extent I thought people were taking the mick but they were not. It was a great sense of achievement

Well Sean, I did it and I'm home.

It was fantastic, due in no small part to the work I did with you.
I know I saw you the day before I flew but from then on, I was
calm and totally engaged in the build up to the flight, something,
I had not ever experienced due to the stress levels.

Of course during 22 hours of flying I experienced turbulence however, I was well able to handle it and it caused me no problems
whatsoever. Paul was amazed!

I am delighted with the new me and so is my entire family. The world
is my oyster!!!

Hope you're well. Just to let you know I was absolutely fine before,
during and after my flight to Barcelona. Have to say I never felt more
relaxed, did feel a bit nervous during the turbulence but that's to be
expected. Have to say I had a great holiday and it was a welcomed break.
Again thanks a million for everything and will see you again at some stage
no doubt.

It's four weeks since I met you and as promised I said I'd let you know how I'm doing. I'm thrilled to tell you I don't smoke any more and am totally convinced I never will again.Thanks so much. This is a quick email to let you know that I am still off the smokes thanks to you. I have been in every imaginable situation and haven't felt like a smoke. Any craving has been negligible. Thanks again. I have been a non-smoker for fifteen months. I don't think about it anymore. I had to count just now so I could tell you. I hope you're doing well and that you are enjoying being a non-smoker as much as I am!

Just a note to say thanks.

 I’m celebrating my 1^st anniversary this week. I never thought I’d get from 40+ a day to zero but it happened. I put on a little weight in the beginning but that’s under control now too.

 I feel really good, a lot fitter and get to have an extra holiday on the money I have saved.

 We had a really great time cruising in the eastern Caribbean and hope to do the western Caribbean next February.
